BRC:

BRC International Food Safety Standards. These standards specify the criteria for safety, quality and performance in organizations dedicated to the manufacture of food sold as retailer branded products; branded food products; and food products or ingredients intended for food service companies, catering companies and manufacturers the food industry, in order to ensure that those companies fulfill their obligations in compliance with legislation in protection of consumers.

 

IFS:

IFS Food is a set of international standards of German origin, similar to the BRC. It covers quality management systems in companies in the food sector, with the aim of achieving maximum safety in manufacturing and/or food handling processes. It is focused on all companies that are manufacturers or packagers of food products, especially on those that supply of food products distributed under retail or wholesale brands.

 

KOSHER:

This highly regarded certification guarantees that a product is manufactured according to the strict religious guidelines given to the Jewish people in the Bible.

 

CAAE:

The Andalusian Ministry of Agriculture awards this certificate (AOVE) to products obtained without the use of chemicals.

 

DOP Priego de Córdoba:

The Regulatory Council of the Protected Designation of Origin "Priego de Cordoba" has a supervisory body for certification under UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17065:2012 norms, which evaluate and supervise operators on record with the various Registries covered by the Regulatory Council. Only those authorized by it may use the Protected Designation of Origin "Priego de Cordoba" in labeling.
